Experience with service department was the worst! Advisor I was assigned to needs work on how he should provide service and updates to customers. Best thing to do is if you want updates is to go to dealership in person and ask, rude customer service they will avoid your calls!! My vehicle was in for a recall that lasted four long month and was given to me half a*** parts missing/damaged in my vehicle, They didn't reinstall parts correctly.

Sales team was excellent, Max was awesome!!!!! My finance guy Kirk was more than accommodating. The detail shop needs work. We just bought a 2023 Highlander, that was the comptroller before mine. The didn't bother buffing out the several surface scratches, didn't vacuum or clean out the random cubby holes and such inside, the plastic trim is still faded and I know they have chemicals to brighten it up. Sad thing ins detail supposedly had the car car a couple hours. Tires are Shiney at least lol. I'll get the rest of it taken care of.
