Do you only repair Toyota vehicles?
No. We repair Toyota, Lexus, and Scion models. Just bring your vehicle to us and we will tell you what we can do for you.
My insurance company has recommended another shop for my car’s repairs. Can I still bring my vehicle to you?
Yes. Insurance companies often choose collision repair shops that they are affiliated with in some way or have an incentive to refer work to them. However, you have a legal right to choose where your car will be fixed after an accident.
What is a PRO Shop, or a Direct Repair Facility?
Direct repair facilities are shops that have special relationships with insurance companies. We serve as a direct repair facility for a few insurance companies, and this allows us to streamline the repair process by commencing repairs on a vehicle without waiting for the insurance estimator to inspect it. Despite your particular situation, you can choose where your car is repaired whether or not the collision center serves as a direct repair facility.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Savannah Toyota Collision Center offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Savannah Toyota Collision Center prides itself on prompt service and quick delivery. However, the time it takes to repair your vehicle depends on the amount of damage and how quickly we can get all of the needed parts to our facility, as well as other factors. For example, your insurance company’s promptness can affect the time it takes for us to complete a repair. Our experienced staff takes all of this into account and we will do our best to let you know the timeline of the repair. We will keep you updated on our progress, and you can always call us to check on your vehicle.
Do you work on vehicles that have not been involved in an accident?
Yes. We repair dings, scratches, and just about any other cosmetic blemishes. We also perform full detail jobs that will have you and your vehicle feeling brand new!
Do you use factory parts when repairing vehicles?
Yes. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts are the standard for all repairs in our facility. Your insurance company may prefer aftermarket or reconditioned parts. If you have questions, feel free to discuss it with one of our expert estimators.
Do you have rental cars available?
Yes. We can help you obtain a rental car so that you can continue to fulfill the rest of your responsibilities because an accident should not slow you down! Your insurance will pay for a rental car if you have the proper coverage and you can verify this by reviewing your policy or asking your agent. Please note that Full coverage car insurance does not necessarily mean that you have rental car coverage.
