Well Aaron has been trying to reach me and trying to get me to come look at a car kept putting it off, because I wasn't sure if I was ready to get another car I was in love with my 2007 Honda that never gave me any issues so when we got there he began to show me lots of cars I'm talking about Aaron still and he asked me was I interested in a new car. Wasn't interested and a new car I was like there's no way I'm going to be able to get a new car he was like why you know unless you give it a try so I did and guess what I was able to get me a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry very beautiful I was so nervous and I kept telling him I'm so nervous is this real am I really going to get this car I had never in my life had a brand new car and I just want to say he is a phenomenal phenomenal service agent .Savannah Toyota has one of the best employees he is so good very loyal there was no surprises he told me everything how things was going to work and it worked out just like that and things got better when I got to finance everyone that was a part of me getting my car thank you and a special thank you to Aaron.

Nick K. was AMAZING at helping me and my husband get into a bigger vehicle. We were about to give up hope and stick with our old vehicle that was breaking down because no other dealership was listening to us and kept trying to get us into something smaller or the same size. We initially visited the dealership to look at trucks and sell one of our vehicles. Kursten greeted us and assisted us throughout the entire process, and she was absolutely wonderful. Unlike the typical dealership experience where you feel pressured by salespeople, Kursten never pushed us to make a purchase. Although we didn’t find the right vehicle for us this time, we did sell our other vehicle. Kursten took the time to explain the benefits of various vehicles, fully understood our perspective, and respected our decision. We appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile and clarify everything for us. Ken also helped us with additional questions and was equally kind and respectful. While we didn’t buy a vehicle this time, we will definitely return and specifically ask for Kursten when we’re ready to make a purchase!

My husband and I came in yesterday with only a small idea of what we really wanted, and time was running thin on the car I was driving. We recently got in a wreck as well in the other car we had, so we needed to replace his car too. I am not very experienced buying cars, and typically making larger purchases is pretty tough for me so buying two cars at the same time seemed like a nightmare. However, I cannot say enough good things about this location and their staff. We had our salesman, Marc, who made us feel incredibly comfortable. He had an answer to every question we asked! It was also clear to us he was very concerned with getting us exactly what we wanted in the price range we wanted to stay in, which for me especially was of the utmost importance. Carlos and Matt helped us tremendously on the finance side as well. Buying cars isn’t a quick process, but this was the fastest we’ve ever gotten through finance at any dealership. They were both clear and concise and just added another level of comfortability to what we thought was going to be a painful process. Overall, we just felt extremely cared for and really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Now we have two new cars and we couldn’t be more happy! Thank you Marc, Matt, and Carlos- and thank you Savannah Toyota!!!

To be honest my wife and I didn’t not come here with high hopes. There was a car we seen online and wanted to go look at it. We did get to look at it but the car was not checked in yet (on Friday). However our salesman Elijah said he would put a rush on the check in and call us as soon as it was ready. Monday he informed us the car was ready if we wanted to come by and see about possibly getting it. After about an hour of hard negotiating (just kidding wasn’t that bad) we decided on a price and made the deal. Elijah and Pablo were a great help and we drove away in the car we wanted! The staff here was very friendly and we did not feel pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with. All in all this was one of the smoothest and quickest care purchases from a dealer I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!
