Had the pleasure of meeting with Patrick and the finance manager Matt, these two gentlemen I can honestly say actually are truly amazing, they went above and beyond help me get the car that I liked and at the lowest cost possible, they treated me with the upmost respect if anyone is looking to buy I recommend meeting with Mr.Patrick, and again thank you Savannah Toyota for all you do!

Sonny is a wonderful employee, and both Lane and Scott worked very hard to ensure my car-buying process went smoothly. Sonny smiled from start to finish although I had many request on my new purchase. I wanted a car that was not on the lot and within 24hrs the car that I requested was on the ground. Lane is an excellent service representative—he genuinely cares about customers and has a way of brightening your day. Scott is also a great person who played a key role in helping finalize the deal. I truly appreciate the outstanding service from the entire team.

I have had 2 extremely positive experiences at Savannah Toyota. The 1st one was when a company who shall remain nameless put too much oil in my Audi. Since there is not an Audi dealership in Savannah I pulled into Savannah Toyota, only because I am from a family of Toyota dealers in CT. Even though the car I happened to be driving wasn’t even a Toyota, the service department fixed the problem and told me it was on the house! The 2nd incident happened today when my Toyota Highlander finally came down from CT where I recently moved from, and for the life of me I could not get my Apple Car Play to work. This time a very nice man by the name of Eric came out to the parking lot and gave me a tutorial, as well as a new cord, none of which I was charged for! This is not to say that you should expect Savannah Toyota to waive all charges for their services, but the dealership is filled with the nicest people I’ve ever met!! Thank you again to Eric, and whoever the man was who fixed my oil situation on a car that they don’t even sell! They clearly go above and beyond customer service and everybody in the state of Georgia should be buying their Toyotas from this amazing dealership!

I would like to thank Brandice in car rentals for always going the extra miles to accommodate me and my family whenever we need a rental. She know I love to rent the Toyota Sequoia or either the Highlander. I also want to thank her for referring me to Brandi in sales. I called Brandi made her aware I was interested in finally buying a Highlander. She listened what I requested and got me into my Highlander. I also want to thank Kirk in financing for getting my monthly payments low. I’ve been a customer with Savannah Toyota on Abercorn when I brought my 2014 Toyota Camery in 2014 and been with them since. Customer service is always good, everyone friendly and professional.
