Eric is AMAZING!!!! Customer Service was Amazing! Experience was great and I was able to get a car that I NEEDED!

Rico in parts saw I was in a pinch after chasing down a lug nut key that my car didn't have when I was dealing with a flat. Not only did he go above and beyond to help me out, he went out and removed the old keyed lug and replaced it with some OEM lugs so I wouldn't have to deal with needing a lock anymore. This after spending $30 for a non refundable lug I thought matched early on. His thoughtfulness and gesture while valuing the customer over the profit were unmatched. Thank you

We started here to look for an upgrade from my now previous Lexus NX! Well we sure did find the perfect fit for us! Leilani took all of my requests and found the best fit for what we were looking for! She worked with us, communicated so well, and made the entire process run so smoothly! This is a terrific dealership front to back! On the sales floor, Ishmael took great care of us. In addition to this, I cannot provide enough positive feedback about our finance manager, Matt C. To say that Matt went above and beyond for us is an extreme understatement! He literally spent hours with our family patiently working through our out-of-state purchase and insurance situation. Through all of this, he was calm, considerate, and remarkably kind. We ended up leaving with our car an outcome which undoubtedly would not have been possible without Matt's perseverance and knowledge. I tend to view car buying as one of the most frustrating processes that I can be a part of. Savannah Toyota took my call as they opened, listened to what I wanted to occur for me to make a purchase, passed this on to Mason and within a short period of time he was calling to tell me they had met my expectations and had the deal ready for me to arrive. There was never any point of any type of pressuring or anything negative. Mason impressed me, he is young and I would have expected some upsale attempt or high pressure sales attempts, but it never happened. I arrived, test drove the car, decided to purchase and within 2 hours I was on my way home. I will definitely stick with Savannah Toyota for any future Toyota purchases.
