My husband and I choose Savannah Toyota to find a new car. On the day we walked in, we were greeted by Mikhail Melomed. He immediately put us at ease with his kind words and said he would love to assist us in our search. Throughout the entire process Mikhail genuinely listened and heard our requests, showing us the type of vehicles, their stats and costs. I believe Neal and I found the right vehicle because of Mikhail’s reservoir of experience in car sales and customer service. Savannah Toyota has a gem and his name is Mikhail Melomed!

We had such an amazing experience here at Sav Toyota on abercorn. We had a HORRIBLE experience at the one on Chatham Parkway , so when we came to the one on Abercorn, it was a breath of fresh air. Mason S. was a FANTASTIC salesman. He was genuine and kind and extremely helpful. He was communicative throughout the whole process. If you're going for a Toyota, I highly suggest using these guys!!

From that moment forward, we knew we were in good hands. Mikhail is a true professional, completely knowledgeable, trustworthy and feel-good friendly. Robert and I felt that he worked to get us the car we wanted at the price we could afford. Michael Melomed earns an A plus!

Fantastic dealership. Went to pick up a part I had ordered online and was greeted at the door and asked if I would like some water. I thought that was a nice touch. The dealership is beautiful and very well set up. The people are friendly and I got my part and was back out the door in less than 3 minutes.

Nick”The English Guy” he’s from England, was a Beast he was knowledgeable and knew a lot of information on the tacos. I went in told him what I was looking for and 10 mins later he had the truck of my dreams in front of me. We took it for a test dream and I was locked in and told him this is the one. He went out of his way to make the deal happen. I appreciate you Nick and Savannah Toyota you have a repeat customer for life.

They were fair and provided great customer service. We purchased a used car a couple of months ago and the water pump went out. We did not purchase any service warranty, but Savannah Toyota was kind enough to reimburse us for the repair. They didn’t have to do that, but they did it. I have done business with this dealership and will do so again. They care about their reputation and they invest in return customers. Thanks for doing above and beyond good business.

Bought our 2nd vehicle from SAV Toyota and had an amazing experience. MALIK genuinely listened to what we wanted and were looking for and made us a deal we couldn't refuse. Go see Malik if you want a great car buying experience. I wont buy vehicles from anywhere else!

Toyota family for life, but it’s rare to find a team that you immediately feel at home with. I think car buying experiences are special, but sometimes they can leave you feeling rough. Not this crew! Every experience should be as memorable and joyful as mine! Shout out to Brian, Trah’Mon, Torrie, Layne, Will, Scott, Jameis Winston’s daddy, and most importantly, the cutest little weiner dog you’ll ever meet, Maple. Especially a big shout to the “men” of the hour from sales (still need to ring the bell), Aaron and Dillon Kelly (the Kelly brothers, INC). This life is short - and we are never promised tomorrow. Don’t be afraid to live a little, you can’t take it with you when you go. We aren’t here for a long time, but a good time! Of course along the way, be sure to rely on people who treat you as they’d want to be treated and continue to be the transparent and kind souls the world needs more of. SALT of the Earth! To the Toyota Leadership - I would encourage you to shower this team with praise and gratitude for their work has become far more important and impactful than a task at any ole job. You can’t replace a warm smile or a good laugh from another human. That’s the only thing truly worth our continuous energy and focus to ensure the mission takes care of itself. By the way - I bought a beast of a Sequoia and I just can’t be more happy with it.

Had a great experience with renting from them. process was smooth and they’ll work with you as far as last pickup or what not. But everything was perfect overall, csr and customer service was great!

This is my second 5 star review for Savannah Toyota Service. They are efficient, professional, fairly priced and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service experience! They exemplify how a car dealer’s service department should operate. Donna S is the best service advisor! She is a 5 star service advisor!
