No purchase is necessary to enter. All entries must be received during the promotion period of November 3, 2026, through November 27, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per individual and/or household regardless of the number of qualifying test drives completed. Employees and owners of Savannah Toyota, participating advertising agencies, promotion administrators, and their respective immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate or win. One (1) new Toyota Corolla, VIN: 5YFB4MDE9VP526814, MSRP: $26,039.00, will be given away. Vehicle depicted on this promotion is not exact vehicle being given. The drawing for this Giveaway vehicle will take place at Savannah Toyota, 11101 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA 31419, on Friday, November 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard time. To be eligible to win, participants must be physically present and checked in at Savannah Toyota at the time of the drawing. Entries are not assignable. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries. The winner of the drawing will be selected at random. If a participant whose entry is selected as the winner is not physically present at Savannah Toyota and does not respond within five (5) minutes of the announcement, that entry will be disqualified, and another entry will be randomly selected as the winner. The Giveaway vehicle is a new Toyota Corolla designated by Savannah Toyota. It is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification and satisfy all eligibility and prize-claim requirements. Savannah Toyota will provide the Giveaway vehicle at no cost to the winner and will pay the dealership documentation (DOC) fee and all applicable one-time taxes and fees required for the initial transfer, titling, and registration of the vehicle, including applicable sales, use, title ad valorem, or similar motor vehicle taxes and fees, and initial title, tag, and registration fees, regardless of the winner’s state of residence. Savannah Toyota will not be responsible for any personal property taxes, whether assessed at the time of the initial transfer or in the future, or for any future or ongoing expenses associated with owning or operating the vehicle, including but not limited to registration renewals, insurance, maintenance, repairs, or other ownership-related expenses. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local personal income taxes arising from receipt of the prize. The fair market value (FMV) of the vehicle, together with any additional amounts required to be reported under applicable tax law, will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service on Form 1099-MISC, as applicable. The winner must provide the information and complete the documentation necessary for tax reporting. The actual income taxes owed will depend on the winner’s individual tax circumstances.
