Each January, runners take to the scenic trails of Bethesda Academy’s 650-acre campus for the Yates-Astro Resolution Race. Now in its 19th year, the Savannah Book Festival draws more than 9,000 attendees to the Historic District each February for four days of author talks, Q&As, and book signings. Fido Fest is one of our favorite days of the year, and it’s all ours. Each year, we open up the lot, partner with local rescues, and make monetary donations for every visitor who walks through the door. Over the last two years, we have sponsored over 130 adoptions, donating more than $35,000 to Renegade Paws Rescue.
