The appointment setters for the service department are efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They have exceeded all my expectations of what a customer service experience should be to the stuff that dreams are made of. I highly recommend their service to anyone and every one I meet. I've been a customer with Savannah Toyota for over 14 yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else! Their service Dept is top notch! The service manager Brian recently went above and beyond for us on a Saturday, during Orange Crush. If you live on the islands, you know how the traffic can be! A huge shout out to Brian, Dave, and Griff! Great guys and so professional!

I love my experience every time I come to Toyota on Abercorn. I have to give a shout-out to Chris G for getting me in my first push start car 😂. I was out dated lol but he was very professional, helpful and quick he got me in and out because I have a short attention span and patience! I love my new 🚗!! Also Allison and Vonnie make my experience enjoyable they are so sweet! The expresso machine is the BEST!!!!!!

I have had 2 extremely positive experiences at Savannah Toyota. The 1st one was when a company who shall remain nameless put too much oil in my Audi. Since there is not an Audi dealership in Savannah I pulled into Savannah Toyota, only because I am from a family of Toyota dealers in CT. Even though the car I happened to be driving wasn’t even a Toyota, the service department fixed the problem and told me it was on the house! The 2nd incident happened today when my Toyota Highlander finally came down from CT where I recently moved from, and for the life of me I could not get my Apple Car Play to work. This time a very nice man by the name of Eric came out to the parking lot and gave me a tutorial, as well as a new cord, none of which I was charged for! This is not to say that you should expect Savannah Toyota to waive all charges for their services, but the dealership is filled with the nicest people I’ve ever met!! Thank you again to Eric, and whoever the man was who fixed my oil situation on a car that they don’t even sell! They clearly go above and beyond customer service and everybody in the state of Georgia should be buying their Toyotas from this amazing dealership!

Sonny is a wonderful employee, and both Lane and Scott worked very hard to ensure my car-buying process went smoothly. Sonny smiled from start to finish although I had many request on my new purchase. I wanted a car that was not on the lot and within 24hrs the car that I requested was on the ground. Lane is an excellent service representative—he genuinely cares about customers and has a way of brightening your day. Scott is also a great person who played a key role in helping finalize the deal. I truly appreciate the outstanding service from the entire team.
